Steaming (Traditional): Place dimsums in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 8–10 minutes until wrapper is translucent and filling is cooked through.

Pan-fry (Potsticker Style): Lightly oil a non-stick pan, add dimsumsflat-side down. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, then add 3 tbsp water, cover and steam for 5 minutes.

Air Fryer: Air-fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes for a slightly crispy wrapper texture.

Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe bowl with a splash of water, cover and microwave on high for 3–4 minutes (texture will be softer).

Serving suggestion: Pair with soy-chilli dipping sauce, sriracha, or a classic schezwan chutney.
