1. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within India to serviceable pin codes only. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not processed on public holidays or Sundays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time after dispatch is within 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the logistics partner assigned to your order.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are subject to change based on the policies of our logistics service providers.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, payment confirmation, and delivery status. You can track your order using the details provided in the confirmation email.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:
1. Refuse to accept the package or return it with the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
2. Send an email to support@eatprot.com with a detailed description of the issue, along with your Order ID (Invoice Number) and photographs of the damaged product.
3. Please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods until the matter is resolved.
We will review your claim and arrange for a resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
