Thank you for shopping at RevroFoodtech Private Limited.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed and confirmed, except in the case of damaged or defective products received at delivery.
2. Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products
We will consider a resolution only under the following circumstances:
• The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
• The issue was reported at the time of delivery by refusing acceptance and returning the product to the delivery personnel.
• A detailed email was sent to support@eatprot.com within 24 hours of delivery, including the Order ID (Invoice Number) and photographs of the damaged product.
Resolution, if approved, will be at the sole discretion of RevroFoodtech Private Limited and may include a replacement or store credit.
3. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances.
