½ cup shredded lettuce or spinach

¼ cup thinly sliced onions

¼ cup julienned carrots and cucumbers

2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions:

Cook the Tikki:

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the EatProt 30g Protein Veg Tikkis on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
