Plant-based Seafood Burger

Ingredients:

4 Prot's gill-t free patty
4 burger buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
4 red onion slices
4 pickle slices Vegan tartar sauce or plant-based mayonnaise (optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions for Patty:

Pan/Tawa:

Step 1 - Heat a pan/tawa over medium-high heat.
Step 2 - Place Prot's gill-t free patty on the heated pan/tawa.
Step 3 - Cook the patty for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.

Microwave/Oven:

Step 1 - Place Prot's gill-t free patty on a microwave-safe plate or baking sheet.
Step 2 - Microwave the patties for 1-2 minutes, or bake them in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown.

Instructions for Burger:

Step 1 - While the patty is cooking, prepare the burger buns. You can lightly toast them if desired.
Step 2 - Once the patties are cooked, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each burger bun.
Step 3 - Add a cooked Prot's gill-t free patty on top of the lettuce.
Step 4 - Place a slice of tomato, a slice of red onion, and a pickle slice on each patty. If desired, spread vegan tartar sauce or plant-based mayonnaise on the top half of the burger bun.
Step 5 - Optionally, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the patty before closing the burger. Close the burger with the top half of the bun.

Serve the plant-based seafood burgers immediately while they are still warm. Notes: Feel free to customize your burger by adding other toppings such as avocado slices, vegan cheese, or your favorite condiments.
